I do this because I believe everyone should be able to view fun art, it should not be reserved for galleries. I enjoy watching my pieces grow with their surroundings and decay with the seasons. My art name is “mineisyours” because I am trying to give all that I can via art.

Her exhibitions and larger scale public works have consistently met with rave reviews. The fall of 2003 welcomed the opening of a sculpture park on the Hudson River waterfront in Yonkers. In 2005 “Muhheakantuck”, an MTA Arts for Transit commission, two/ seventy foot cast aluminum waves, charting the original borders of the Sawmill River. In 2007 Barbara created Artrucks, transforming 6 garbage trucks with artist-designed vinyl wraps promoting environmental awareness. Currently Barbara is a consultant for the City of Yonkers, and works in her Parkhill studio creating new works from stone.
